Diagnosis
Mesoscutum with posterior 2/3 of midlobe metallic blue, anterior 1/3 of midlobe and entire sidelobes metallic dark purple, to entirely metallic dark purple, with raised and strong reticulation; scutellum metallic dark purple, with engraved and very weak reticulation, medially partly smooth; femora metallic bluish-green; tibiae predominantly dark and metallic; propodeum with median carina smooth throughout; female petiole 1.4X as long as wide; female gaster short, MM/LG = 1.4, with 1st tergite large, 0.7X as long as length of gaster and with elongate punctures.
